What is FLOW…?

Flow is that state of being where you feel fully alive, present, clear-minded, and focused on what you’re doing. When you’re in flow you’re more effective, you feel alive, and you are able to achieve better results.

These tasks may be:

  • challenging, but not so much that they are impossible
  • rewarding, meaning that a person gets a sense of pleasure or purpose from doing it
  • in-depth, involving an investment of some time or energy to make progress

Examples of flow activities are:

  • playing sports
  • playing games
  • reading
  • creative hobbies, such as playing an instrument or drawing
  • doing crafts and making things
  • solving puzzles
  • gardening
